Choice REO Services was founded by Robert J. Di Bella, a former Vice President of REO's of major New York banks (JP Morgan, GreenPoint Bank, etc..), for the past 25 years. The concept was to provide service, just for banks, by a banker and to customize policies and procedures as if controlled by a bank. His asset management and real estate sales experience spans but is not limited to mortgages, tax liens, foreclosures and appraising.
